Our Rates

BWPD charges a standard hourly rate for most services. Please call for our current rates. In addition to our regular hourly rates BWPD also offers Special pricing from time to time on specific services such as PC Cleanups or Initial PC Evaluations. Please call for details. Senior Citizens 65 or over can receive a 50 percent discount on all labor charges for non business related service. (proof of age is reguired.)

Current Special

PC Clean up (carry in) for only $65.00
Please note that the PC must be currently working to qualify for the Clean Up rate. A PC that will not boot up or operate normally due to Viruses, Malware or Hardware failures is treated as a repair under our normal service rates.

How we Bill

In Home and On Site service includes travel time to the loaction and a standard 1 hour charge for the first hour. Additional time is billed on a quarter hour basis.

Phone and Web Support is billed on a quarterly hour basis. There is no charge for Quick questions requiring less than 15 minutes for established clients.

Parts when needed are billed at the price they are obtained for. We do not mark up the cost of parts nor do we collect sales tax on them.The time incurred obtaining parts is counted in the over all cost of the repair or upgrade.

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards and eChecks through Paypal only. We are also happy to accept personal checks provided they are drawn on local banks.

We want you to be happy with our Products and Services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns please let us know and we will make it right. Parts are covered under their respective manufacturers warranty only.
